Jodi leads the Global Support and Managed Services organization at Polaris, overseeing both the Application Support and Managed Services teams. She is responsible for customer satisfaction, and the strategic vision for business operations across the globe. Jodi spent the first part of her career at Polaris in an operations role, tasked with streamlining the business through the application of best practices. She has since managed a wide variety of projects spanning Polaris’ suite of service offerings. As someone who is adept in efficiency measures and deeply familiar with Polaris and all of its service offerings, Jodi works to identify opportunities and process efficiencies across our business in an effort to best serve our clients.
Prior to this role, Jodi served as the Operations Director at Polaris, and worked at Ernst & Young LLP in New York.
Jodi holds a BS from Cornell University in Operations Research & Industrial Engineering and an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business. Jodi is a Six Sigma champion.Back to About Us
