Marketing Manager

Position Overview

Polaris is looking for a multi-tasking, seasoned marketing professional to help join and manage their marketing team. This individual should be capable of wearing multiple hats and shifting gears from marketing strategies to tactical plans, as well as willing to roll up their sleeves to achieve objectives. This individual should be a creative, results-oriented, and energetic project manager with experience in and a passion for marketing and working in a fast-paced technology environment. Job responsibilities include all major aspects of developing and executing our marketing strategy to support our growth.

Responsibilities include, supporting the Sales and Senior Team with:

  • Developing and managing marketing campaigns for each our locations around the globe
  • Work closely with Senior Partners and Directors to communicate marketing strategies and incorporate sales feedback into campaign planning
  • Drive development of campaigns, coordinate between offices and continents and manage implementation
  • Developing product positioning and messaging that differentiates our suite of solutions in the marketplace
  • Planning, executing, reporting and iterating multi-touch B2B demand generation campaigns incorporating lead acquisition, nurture and database re-engagement to drive qualified leads

  • Bachelor’s degree is required, MBA or equivalent preferred
  • Prior marketing experience and strong project management skills
  • Able to develop and implement marketing strategies and plans
  • Able to translate metrics and data into actionable plans
  • Able to shift from left brain to right brain seamlessly, good balance of creativity and business acumen
  • Fluent in inbound/outbound marketing tactics and content creation
  • Ability to balance the strategic, tactical and analytical on a day-to-day basis
  • Experience in SaaS technology industry preferred
  • Strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Creative Cloud
  • Experience with HubSpot, a strong plus
  • Excellent communicator – written, verbal and visual
  • 8+  years of experience in the technology sector in a marketing or project management function
